Last week we jump started our journey to a stronger body with 10 days of arms. Hopefully you are already feeling stronger and more confident. These ten day challenges are meant to get you started on your journey to a leaner, stronger body and we encourage you to KEEP GOING!

We recommend pairing these strength training circuits with at least 20 minutes of cardio 3 times per week for even better total body results!
