It is week four and hopefully you are well on your way to a stronger body with 10 days of arms, abs and legs. These ten day challenges are meant to get you started on your journey to a leaner, stronger body and we encourage you to KEEP GOING!

We recommend pairing these strength training circuits with at least 20 minutes of cardio 3 times per week for even better total body results!
