The Legally In Love Series: Book Three
Morgan Clark is desperate. With just her senior year to go at Clarendon College and her scholarship up in smoke, she suddenly finds she can’t qualify for financial aid. Until Morgan finishes and can work full time to pay their rent, her sister can’t even start school.
Josh Hyatt is desperate. Without his degree from Clarendon he won’t be able to join his girlfriend in their dream career which she’s already begun, and he can’t qualify for government grants thanks to his estranged father’s interference.
Morgan, meet Josh. Josh, meet Morgan. Are they desperate enough to get legally wedded?
Get wrapped up in the knots Morgan and Josh create for themselves in this marriage of convenience story with legal and emotional consequences. Legally Wedded is the third installment in bestselling romantic comedy author Jennifer Griffith’s Legally in Love series, following Attractive Nuisance and Asked & Answered, all of which are standalone stories full of romance, comedy and some legal attraction.
BUY THIS BOOK:
This love story was ridiculously good. I loved the originality of the plot and the sizzle and spark between the two love interests. Morgan and Josh have so much delicious chemistry, and that build-up between them pulls you forward, making you continue to turn those pages even when it’s two o’clock in the morning and you should probably consider getting some sleep. Not possible with this book. No sleep for me. Geez.
I loved this marriage of convenience idea because the reasons behind the convenience are not something I have ever encountered before. Then the complications begin piling up. Just when we think Josh and Morgan will be able to dissolve the marriage in the beginning with no one the wiser, they run into obstacle after obstacle preventing them from that course of action, forcing them to spend more time with one another and eventually confronting the feelings developing between them. Add an interfering third party into the mix, and you’ve got a recipe for the kind of love story that has you giggling one moment, smiling like a goof the next, and sighing in delight with each new yummy kiss. I pretty much loved this book, and I love Jennifer Griffith for writing it.
