Don’t make excuses for holiday decorating. Lack of space, crazy colors, and budget decorating, I’ve got it all covered. Get in the spirit this year! Here are some starter ideas for decorating this Christmas Season.
I made these branches this year as an embellishment for some of my gifts. On a bigger scale they are perfect for decorating. Simply paint or glue and glitter tree branches that you find outside. Place them in a vase with some stones for weight and instantly you have height to any coffee table or mantle.
Even if you live in an apartment and can’t put up lights, you can still decorate your “outside” for the holidays. Be sure to have a festive wreath on your front door this year.
When you are finished wrapping your gifts, start wrapping your kitchen cupboards. This is a great idea for apartment living because you won’t have to store it for next year. Simply recycle the used paper for cleanup and purchase new again next year.
There are many easy holiday table decorations. This one is great for a small or large table centerpiece. These items could easily be purchased at any Dollar Store.
Just because your house doesn’t match well with red and green, doesn’t mean you can’t decorate for Christmas! Make your space into your very own Candyland.
Fill apothecary jars you already have with festive items like ornaments, bows, holiday candy, pine cones, cinnamon sticks, or fake snow and Evergreen branches.
