If you are anything like me, you are always looking for healthier recipes that don’t make you feel incredibly bloated and tired after devouring them. My husband and I were craving a dessert that wasn’t too heavy, but would also satisfy our sweet tooth recently. We had a good amount of apples from a previous sale at Sprouts, so I knew that was the first place I wanted to start. After a bit of research, I found this awesome paleo recipe for Apple Crisp. During these cold, winter months, I find myself craving foods that are warm and comforting and with its mixture of warm apples, pecans and cinnamon this recipe was perfection!
